- A 10-hour class spread over four consecutive Saturdays (October 5, 12, 19, 26), teaching children table manners, service, etiquette, and tableside cooking. The final class includes a graduation ceremony and lunch for parents. Led by Daniel Bamrick, The Peabody's Director of Food & Beverage, who has 20 years experience teaching etiquette, and the Peabody Duckmaster Anthony Petrina.
