Philippe's Etiquette Academy - Chez Philippe
Time: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Price: $225 per child (ages 8-14)
A 10-hour course spread over four consecutive Saturdays (June 2, 9, 16, 23) teaching children European and American table manners, service, etiquette, and tableside cooking. The final class includes a lunch for parents and graduation ceremony. Led by Chez Philippe maitre d' Philippe Brainos.
