Chez
Philippe, winner of the AAA Four Diamond Award and the only
Mobil Four-Star gourmet restaurant in the Mid-South, presents an
international menu of French cuisine. This year will bring new and
exciting changes to Chez Philippe, as the fine dining restaurant
goes from classic French cuisine to French cuisine with an Asian
flare. French-Asian cuisine is known for combining traditional French
presentation and techniques with Asian ingredients. The cuisine
is inventive and blends complex flavors. This new concept is in
keeping with what Chez Philippe is known for — superb French
cuisine. Located just off the Grand Lobby, Chez Philippe is open
Tuesday through Saturday, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Capriccio
Grill, an Italian Steakhouse, specializes in US prime steaks
and chops from the national top purveyor, Ruprecht's of Chicago.
Fresh lobster and seafood are delivered daily, and the menu is rounded
off with aromatic pasta dishes from La Bella Italia. Capriccio Grill
has reached new levels, having
received the AAA Three Diamond Award and the DiRoNA Award. Private

Peabody Afternoon Tea located in Chez
Philippe, the only place in Memphis to experience the elegance of
Afternoon Tea in the English manner. A variety of teas are offered
in addition to tea sandwiches, assorted pastries and flavored breads
from the Peabody Pastry Shop. Reservations are accepted for Tuesday
through Saturday, 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Peabody Afternoon Tea is $32.00
